These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lumyrix Solar’s websites, forms, portals, and related services (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Site. If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
2) Quotes, Estimates, and Promotions
Quotes, system designs, production estimates, savings estimates, and promotions provided via the Site are for information only and are not binding offers. Final terms, pricing, scope, and warranties are set out in your written agreement with Lumyrix and, where applicable, with financing partners. Eligibility for incentives depends on program rules, site conditions, and approvals from utilities and authorities.
3) Acceptable Use
You agree not to: – Violate laws or regulations – Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights – Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Site – Scrape, crawl, or harvest data except as permitted by robots.txt – Misrepresent your identity or affiliation – Use the Site to send unauthorized commercial communications
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
4) Ownership and License
The Site and its content are owned by Lumyrix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, noncommercial purposes. No other rights are granted. All trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners.
5) User Content and Feedback
If you submit content (for example, reviews, photos, or messages), you grant Lumyrix a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content to operate and promote the Site and our services. You represent you have the necessary rights to grant this license. Feedback is voluntary, and we may use it without restriction and without compensation.
6) Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services (including financing, analytics, communications, and project management tools). We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Your use of them is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
7) SMS/Text Messaging
If you consent to receive SMS messages, you agree that Lumyrix and its service providers may contact you at the number you provide with information related to your inquiry or project and, where permitted, marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@lumyrixsolar.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
8) Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumyrix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that estimates will match actual performance.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumyrix, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us for Site access, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumyrix, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
11) Changes to the Site and Terms
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when these Terms were last updated. If you continue using the Site after changes take effect, you accept the changes.
12) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, Sections 4–10 and 13–15 survive.
13) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflicts of laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is the state or federal courts located in USA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
14) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver (Optional)
At Lumyrix’s option, any dispute arising from these Terms may be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. If you agree to include arbitration, insert your detailed arbitration clause here, including administrator, rules, location, fees, and exceptions. You and Lumyrix waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.
15) International Users
Access to the Site may not be legal in certain countries. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
